What we need
on-site
To deliver a smooth, elevated experience, please make sure the following are ready at your venue before our arrival.
- A place to park
Somewhere we can park our truck close to the setup location.
- A clear, paved path
A smooth, paved route from our truck to your setup spot so we can roll the cart in.
- Standard outlet access
Access to a standard 110V outlet within 25 ft — we bring our own extension cord.
- Flat, even setup surface
The cart needs to sit on a level surface. Shaded is preferred — please specify in your quote.
- 1 hour of setup time
Access to the setup location at least 1 hour prior to your scheduled start time.
- 24-inch doorway clearance
Any doorways or entryways we pass through must fit 24 inches wide. Most do.
